What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on Chevrolet products, technology, and dealership process
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquires, and previous customers in a timely manner
- Make outbound phone calls, send emails and text messages, and maintain consistent communication with customers
- Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Work closely with managers and teammates to create an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, drug screening, and MVR review
