Job Description
Coast to Coast Imports is hiring a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to help fill our service department schedule.
This is a straightforward outreach and scheduling role. You will be provided with a list of past clients and service leads, then contact them by phone, text, and email to help schedule service appointments. There will likely be additional lists provided outside of service
The goal is simple: keep the service department calendar full and make it easy for clients to book their next appointment.
Responsibilities
- Contact service leads and past clients by phone, text, and email
- Help schedule service appointments
- Follow up with clients who have not yet booked
- Keep accurate notes and appointment details in the CRM
- Confirm appointment times and basic service needs
- Coordinate with the service department as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication style
- Help keep the service pipeline organized
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making calls and sending follow up messages
- Organized and reliable
- Able to work from a provided lead list
- CRM experience is preferred
- Automotive service experience is a plus
- Prior appointment setting, customer service, dealership, or call center experience is helpful
Compensation
This role pays hourly with potential bonuses based on appointment volume, show rate, or booked service opportunities.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
