Job Summary:
Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly qualified BCBA to join our team in Goldsboro, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing in-person ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations and provide personalized ABA therapy plans for clients
Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Implement and teach behavioral interventions to clients and their families
Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of care
Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification required)
Valid NC LBA certification
Experience in providing ABA therapy and conducting autism evaluations
