Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic leader for our part-time Homeschool PE Coach role. If you enjoy working with children and have a passion for sports, fitness, or just staying active, then this position is for you!
Requirements:
What you'll do:

Lead groups of children through various physical fitness games, activities, and sports during our Homeschool PE and enrichment programs

Follow provided curriculum plans to ensure Homeschool PE & enrichment programming is meeting appropriate developmental milestones for all participants

Ensure activities are high energy, fun, safe, and create a positive overall experience for participants and parents

Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and props used during programming

Maintain consistent, professional, and respectful communication with program participants, parents/guardians, and HCI staff

Adhere to safety standards and rules while providing appropriate supervision for participants

Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities

Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among students

What makes you a great fit:

Experience working with children ages 5-10, with an emphasis in recreation, physical education, and/or sports

Experience leading enrichment activities such as art, STEM, nature, and other hands-on learning experiences

Ability to motivate and inspire children of varying skill levels

Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children
Scheduling Requirements:

Must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the school year for Homeschool PE & enrichment programs. Shifts are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:15 pm and Wednesdays from 11:30 am - 2:15 pm)
