Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
Leading Industrial Manufacturing Organization
A global industrial manufacturer is seeking a Head of Quality & HSE to lead regional quality, health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple operations. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving compliance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.

Lead regional Quality & HSE strategy in alignment with corporate governance and operational objectives

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable regulatory requirements

Develop, mentor, and lead Quality & HSE teams across the region

Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and operational excellence methodologies

Oversee internal and external audits, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, and risk assessments

Manage customer quality concerns and environmental, health, and safety programs

Establish and track KPIs, management reviews, and performance reporting

Standardize best practices and strengthen business management systems across sites

Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to improve safety, quality, and business performance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Significant leadership experience within Quality and/or HSE in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, auditing practices, and regulatory compliance

Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities

Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and quality management tools

Ability and willingness to travel up to 30-50%

Proven track record leading multi-site Quality and HSE programs

Strong change management and continuous improvement mindset
