Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Transportation Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire qualified transportation professionals through social media platforms and digital recruiting strategies. This role focuses on sourcing candidates for transportation-related positions, including truck drivers, dispatchers, logistics coordinators, fleet managers, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate is skilled in social recruiting, relationship building, and talent acquisition within the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media recruitment campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and industry-specific forums.
- Source, screen, and engage transportation professionals for open positions.
- Create compelling job advertisements, videos, graphics, and recruitment content to attract candidates.
- Manage company recruiting pages and maintain a strong employer brand online.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for driver, logistics, and transportation-related roles.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries through social media, messaging platforms, and email.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics, including applicant flow, engagement rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Attend virtual and in-person job fairs, transportation industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company hiring policies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or social media marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and recruitment advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers, logistics professionals, or transportation personnel.
- Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and workforce challenges.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and recruitment marketing analytics.
