★ Location: 2415 N Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors, FL 33305
★ Compensation:
- $26 per service hour + 50% of upgrades + tips (customarily 20%+ on full price)
- Commissions: $10 per new client, $10 per new member, 10% retail (of which you are the procuring cause)
- Advanced Therapist Upgrade: If our standard rate is unacceptable, you may set an upgrade to meet your minimum. This is fully covered by the client and goes 100% to you (note: may reduce bookings until clientele builds).
- Paid biweekly on Fridays via direct deposit (Intuit)

★ JOINING CHI SPA IS SIMPLE
We welcome licensed and insured massage therapists and wellness practitioners. You may collaborate with Chi Spa in whichever ways fit you best:
- Staff – when you show available, we book and confirm
- On-Call – we text first; the booking goes to the first responder, unless requested
- Room Renter – rent a room for your private clients, $10/30 min Sun–Thurs, $15 Fri–Sat (Room Renters not working with Chi Spa, $15/30 min Sun–Thurs, $20 Fri–Sat)

- Current Florida Massage Therapist License (or credentials for your practice)
- Professional liability insurance, listing Chi Spa as Additional Insured
- Professionalism, integrity, and a compassionate, grounded presence
★ OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS
We keep things simple and transparent:
- Initial Response (Indeed) – We’ll ask for your license number, email, and anything you’d like us to know about your experience or passions.
- Follow-Up (Indeed) – If you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to schedule a welcome visit to feel the energy of Chi Spa, tour the space, and get familiar with our flow.
- Email Packet – After your visit, you’ll receive a welcome email with:
- Link to view & sign our Independent Contractor Agreement
- Modalities Checklist to mark your skills
- Instructions for for sending your ID, license, and liability insurance (listing Chi Spa as Additional Insured)
- Activation – Once complete, you’ll be given a MindBody login to manage your schedule, and officially welcomed into our practitioner collective.
