What You’ll Do
As a Premise Health Physical Therapist, you’ll go beyond traditional care to improve overall workforce health:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices aligned with APTA standards

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, and wellness coaches

Promote direct access physical therapy and treat patients at the highest level of your expertise

Partner with workplace stakeholders (safety, HR, ergonomics) to improve employee health and safety

Educate employees in real time on body mechanics and injury prevention

Participate in ongoing professional development, peer review, and knowledge sharing
What You’ll Bring

All state licenses/certifications to practice

Current board certificate (if applicable)

Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School

CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer -the copy must include the front and back of card as applicable) Certification must include “hands on" evaluation of skills by the trainer/instructor. Total on-line courses will not be accepted. Course must also meet the American Heart Association (AHA) standards but need not be an AHA certificate
