Finney's Crafthouse is a family-owned American-fare food restaurant and gastropub that offers a scratch kitchen, 30 local craft beers, and a craft cocktail program!
We are dedicated to creating a family dining experience that speaks to the local community and creates regulars through exceptional food, drinks, atmosphere, and most importantly, service.
Responsibilities
- Dedication to hospitality and always greeting guests with a "Welcome to Finneys"
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences to ensure they are satisfied with their table
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience while selling our. bar and cocktail areas
- Provide accurate quote times and constant circulation throughout the restaurant to ensure we are knowledgable on where tables are at in their service
- Ensuring tables are always clean and set before sitting a table
- Perform regular bathroom checks to ensure restaurant cleanliness
- Have a strong team dynamic where "full hands-in and full hands-out" is exhibited
