Security Administrator

We're hiring a hands-on Security Administrator to be our dedicated security expert. You'll own security across our M365 environment, network perimeter, and endpoints - working directly alongside a close-knit IT team rather than inside a siloed security function.

Own M365 security: email, DLP, information protection, and Entra ID (Conditional Access, PIM, MFA).

Configure and manage next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and network perimeter controls.

Run XDR and SIEM platforms end-to-end - from deployment to analytic rule authoring and alert tuning.

Lead incident response across the full lifecycle and communicate risk clearly to non-technical leadership.

3–6 years of hands-on security or security-adjacent IT experience.

Proven M365 and Entra ID security experience (Conditional Access, PIM, DLP, MFA).

End-to-end EDR/XDR and SIEM ownership - CrowdStrike or comparable platform required.

NGFW and VPN configuration experience; Palo Alto preferred, PCNSE a plus.

Familiarity with NIST CSF, Zero Trust, and financial institution security requirements.

Strong communicator who can translate technical risk for a non-technical audience.

Must be located in Iowa or willing to relocate at own expense. Remote work is not available for this position.
