We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated account offering reliable miles, consistent freight, and flexible home time options. Depending on your location, drivers may qualify for home daily or weekly schedules.
This position provides steady income, newer equipment, and a straightforward route structure with minimal physical demand.
Virtual orientation available — complete onboarding from home
- Operating in Colorado and Southern Wyoming
- Average ~1,700 miles per week
- Typical week includes multiple loads and delivery stops
- Night, evening, and early morning driving required
- No mountain driving required
- Combination of live unload and drop & hook freight
Consistent routing designed for predictable weekly schedules

- $0.70 – $0.80 CPM based on experience
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,600
- Annual earnings: $73,000 – $82,000+
- $17 per stop pay
- Up to 3% bonus for safety and on-time performance
