We are looking for an Veterinary Assistant or technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a commitment to providing the highest quality of service. Responsibilities include providing medical care to animals, administering medications, performing laboratory tests, and assisting veterinarians with examinations and treatments. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide compassionate care to both animals and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals.
- Administer medications and vaccinations to animals.
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results.
- Monitor vital signs of animals.
- Provide nursing care to animals.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist in the preparation of surgical procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
