Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician Helper to assist with residential electrical projects. In this role, you will support journeyman electricians by preparing work sites, handling basic electrical tasks, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance within residential settings. Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment such as hand tools, power tools, conduit benders, etc.
- Help with conduit bending, electrical wiring, and electrical systems installation on construction sites or renovation projects.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Support the installation of low voltage systems such as lighting and Audio/Video
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work.
Skills
- Prior experience with residential background is preferred nut not necessary.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, etc.
- Ability to read proficiently and write with appropriate grammar and be legible
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on electrical wiring and systems installation.
- Familiarity with job site safety

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
