Wheel Repair Technician Job Details
- Repair wheels with road rash, scratches, scuffs etc...
- Inspect wheels to be repaired.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to use floor jack to lift vehicles and remove wheel
- Prep, sand & fill (if needed) and paint rims
- Ability to mix paints for coloring required of rim
- Able to use respirator as required
- Use of Torch
- Lathe and CNC Machining
- Maintain clean work area
Wheel Repair Technician Job Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Communication with management on issues noticed during breakdown of the tires is a must.
- Organized and understands quality demands.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
- Positive attitude.
· You must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, other job duties may include dismounting tires, and general paint prep work on Alloy Wheels including burning wheels.
