About the Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing furniture and fixtures
- Conducting minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and machinery
- Assisting with special projects and events, such as setup and tear-down of resident activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing furniture and fixtures
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and machinery
- Assist with special projects and events, such as setup and tear-down of resident activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move freely around the facility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
