Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces looking their best.
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, janitorial procedures, and sanitation practices is essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and dusters.
- Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely and follow proper sanitation protocols.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and understanding specific household requirements.
- MUST HAVE reliable transportation to meet the team lead at 9:00 AM Monday - Friday.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
