Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential electrical service experience is preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability with confidence explaining issues to homeowners
- Sales mindset — you’re comfortable presenting options and closing work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Professional, driven, and goal-oriented
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time
- Willingness to follow a proven process for both technical work AND customer interaction
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 75 lbs and carry tools/equipment up to 250 feet
- Work in basements, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying conditions
- Climb ladders and safely operate tools and electrical testing equipment

Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems (panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, generators, etc.)
- Perform safety inspections, system evaluations, and code compliance checks
- Identify opportunities for upgrades such as panel replacements, service upgrades, surge protection, rewiring, and home safety improvements
- Educate homeowners on multiple options — from basic repairs to long-term solutions
- Provide clear, confident recommendations that improve safety, performance, and home value
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business
- Document findings, estimates, and recommendations clearly in ServiceTitan
- Follow the One Call process to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Represent the brand with pride — your truck, uniform, and communication matter
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
