Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education.

- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism.
- Help facilitate activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and positive interactions among children.
- Prepare classroom materials, assist with curriculum development, and ensure resources are ready for daily lessons.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, transitions, lunch breaks, and outdoor playtimes.
- Collaborate with teachers on student progress and behavior strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Skills
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments.
- Strong understanding of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices such as Montessori or preschool teaching methods.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Ability to assist with lesson planning in subjects like literacy education and math.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, parents, and colleagues.
- Technical proficiency in using educational tools and resources for curriculum support.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Familiarity with early childhood curriculum development and instructional support roles.
