-Good work history & able to start quickly
-Remodeling/construction experience of at least 5-10 years; now/later able to work as a foreman
-Reliable, excellent communicator, attention to detail, self-motivated
-Must have hand tools & transportation
-Able to do bathroom & kitchen remodels, tile, basement finishes, decks, windows, etc.
-Able to work 40+ hours/week with a desire to move up in the company
-Wages negotiable ($23-$28 starting) depending on experience & ability..
-Paid holidays, paid vacations, sick pay, 401K, profit sharing, etc.
