Overview
A luxury concierge medical institute located in Naples, Florida is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-focused Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant (“MA”) is a key member of our clinical team, supporting physicians, nurses and specialist technicians in delivering exceptional client care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate combines excellent clinical skills with five star hospitality to ensure that every client experiences personalised, seamless care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare clients for treatment protocols.
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical histories, and assessments within the scope of practice.
- Assist physician and nursing staff with blood draws, IV therapies, point of care testing and other procedures within licensing parameters and state regulations.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to the highest clinical and presentation standards.
- Monitor clients during treatments, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to licensed clinical staff.
- Perform other duties within licensing parameters related to client care and clinical support.
- Welcome clients warmly and facilitate a discreet, luxury experience from arrival through departure.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience preferred.
- Concierge medicine experience preferred.
