Retail Sales Associate – Electronic Cigarette & Alternative Products
We’re a well-established retailer in the electronic cigarette and alternative smoking space, looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying sharp on product knowledge, and keeping a clean, organized store, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers to the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide clear, knowledgeable recommendations on devices, disposables, and accessories
- Create a welcoming, professional in-store experience
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with inventory and daily store operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 21+ years old (required)
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
