Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver prepared food from the kitchen to tables or designated service areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in organizing and expediting food orders during busy service periods to maintain smooth workflow.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order modifications, special requests, or timing adjustments.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
- Support the bussing team by clearing empty dishes and resetting tables promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and assist with food preparation tasks as needed under the supervision of culinary staff.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is prefered but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience with banquet service, hotel hospitality, or culinary settings is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably during shifts.
