Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
As our Manufacturing Analyst you will manage the accounting of our entire vendor/customer flow, including creation of purchase orders, billing, inventory tracking, and customer invoicing. Other tasks include account reconciliations, and assisting with human resources & payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management. & Accounting: Add vendors, purchase orders, and bills into Netsuite. Monitor A/P aging report.
- Invoicing Support: Assist the sales team with preparing and sending accurate customer invoices. Assist with managing A/R Aging Report.
- Monthly Close: Calculate cost of goods, ending inventory, and reconcile accounts for monthly closes.
- Assist with other human resources administrative tasks and payroll.
Qualifications & Skills
- Software Experience: Experience with NetSuite or similar software is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable, and purchasing at a manufacturing company required.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage hours of weekly work.
- Reliability: Dependable work ethic with the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in following processes, entering data and preparing reports.
Hours & Schedule
- M-F full-time at our office in Loveland, CO.
