Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) to join our team on an on-call, retainer, part-time, or PRN basis. In this vital role, you will provide expert respiratory care to diverse patient populations across various clinical settings. Your expertise will support critical patient needs such as airway management, ventilator management, and emergency response. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through compassionate and skilled respiratory therapy.
Responsibilities
- Licensing & Compliance Support: Serve as our licensed respiratory clinician on record to meet Delaware state regulatory and licensure requirements.
- On-Call Availability: Remain available on a PRN basis for occasional consultation, patient equipment oversight, or clinical setups if needed.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner License in the State of Delaware (Required).
- Current NBRC credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
Position Structure & Compensation:
- Guaranteed Retainer: A fixed weekly payment to remain on retainer as our licensed clinician for state licensure compliance.
