Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction and Menu Knowledge:

Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
Service Excellence:

Provide elevated service in accordance with our PARLOUR Steps of Service.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations.
Table Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Set up and maintain tables for a clean and inviting dining environment.

Monitor and replenish table supplies as needed.

Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
Handling Carry-Out Orders:

Efficiently manage and process carry-out orders when there is not a host/hostess on duty.

Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely carry-out order fulfillment.
Promotions and Events:

Stay informed about ongoing store promotions and events.

Communicate and promote special offers to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Payment Processing:

Handle payment transactions accurately and securely.

Provide change and receipts as required.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
