Patient Access Representatives deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. As a Patient Access Representative, you will pre-register and greet patients in the Emergency Department , verify information and collect copays for diagnostic services and pre-register patients for outpatient services. Your role is essential to ensuring a seamless model of access for patients, physicians and family members and setting the tone for how their visit to the Emergency Department goes.
A caregiver in this position works 3pm - 11pm including every other weekend and every other holiday .
*Please note that if you are selected, you will need to attend a 2-week EPIC training starting on your first day. The training is Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 4:30PM on-site at Green Health and Wellness. You will need to attend all days of this training. Once the training is complete, you will then start work on your assigned schedule/shift. In order to be considered, you will need to acknowledge that you are able to attend the full duration of the training.*
