Duties
- Collaborate with customers to explain system functionality and answer any questions regarding solar energy solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for project management and customer relationship , to promote solar products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to solar energy.
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.
- Proven negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
