Job Title: Property Caretaker (Live-In)
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, handy, and personable individual to join us as a full-time, live-in Property Caretaker for our Eagle site. This is a unique role where your housing comes with purpose—you will ensure our property remains clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for all guests. What You’ll Do
- Cleaning & Turnovers: Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high, photo-ready standard between stays.
- Laundry Management: Handle all guest laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and towels.
- Common Areas: Maintain the lobby and all shared spaces so they remain fresh, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests and guide them through our self check-in process if necessary
- Exterior Maintenance: Keep the property exterior clean, including debris removal, weeding, and general curb appeal.
- Light Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries, light fixture repairs, and equipment restocking.
