We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator & Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the smooth processing of real estate transactions while ensuring strict adherence to brokerage policies, Washington State regulations, and industry compliance standards. Duties
The Transaction Coordinator & Compliance Specialist oversees the administrative and compliance aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. This role manages transaction files within Keller Williams Command, ensures brokerage compliance requirements are met, coordinates closing approvals, processes commission submissions, and serves as a trusted resource for agents throughout the transaction.
This is an in-office position requiring daily collaboration with agents, leadership, lenders, title companies, escrow officers, and other transaction partners to ensure every file is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination, escrow, title, or real estate administration preferred.
- Working knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction processes.
- Experience with Keller Williams Command is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and Ai.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with agents and leadership.
