This position focuses on face-to-face customer interactions, helping shoppers explore AT&T products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience inside a retail environment.
What You'll Do:
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best fit their needs and lifestyle
- Support sales efforts and contribute to daily and weekly performance goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive store success
