Job Overview: Product Lister – Leone's Collectibles
Leone's Collectibles is a well-established online seller specializing in sports cards, vintage comics, magazines, autographs, collectibles, and adult-oriented collectibles. We're passionate about preserving and sharing unique pieces of culture with collectors around the world. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Product Lister join our in-office team and help us bring our ever-expanding inventory to market with accuracy, care, and a collector’s eye for detail.
What You’ll Do:
As a Product Lister, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality product listings that attract experienced collectors. You’ll work hands-on with adult-oriented collectible items such as photographs, DVDs, or magazines, sorting product by categories, photographing items, and writing accurate descriptions while maintaining a high level of organization. Your work will directly impact our sales on competitive platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and prepare inventory for listing
- Photograph items and perform basic image editing (cropping, lighting, background cleanup)
- Create detailed, keyword-rich product titles and descriptions
- Input item specifics and pricing based on research and comparable sales
- Ensure each listing meets marketplace guidelines
- Track listed inventory and maintain organized digital and physical records
- Coordinate with other staff for shipping, inventory intake, and quality checks
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Previous experience listing products on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Interest or knowledge in collectibles such as sports cards, comics, and autographs
- Basic photo editing skills (cropping, brightness, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
For the first month of training we are offering $17.00 with a Part Time schedule. After 30 days of successful training we will provide an hourly raise and offer a Full Time schedule. We are flexible and can help to build a schedule which works for you. We appreciate workers who are willing to take on weekend shifts, but this is not a hard requirement!
