Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable, and agile approach to every shift while working with integrity and teamwork to support a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.

Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to property rules and procedures.

Complete routine reports and activity logs, report maintenance concerns and/or suspicious behavior, and provide general assistance to occupants and guests as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
