Cannabis Production Assistant – Packaging & Fulfillment
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cannabis Production Assistant to join our production team for a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shift.
This position supports our day-to-day production, packaging, order fulfillment, inventory, and vape production operations. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, able to follow procedures, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in the Washington cannabis industry, I-502 production, cannabis packaging, or Cultivera is a plus, but not required.
Benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Package cannabis products accurately and efficiently
- Weigh and package 3.5g flower products
- Pick and prepare orders for fulfillment
- Assist with vape production, including capping finished vape products
- Assist with inventory and product organization
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
- Follow production procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general cannabis production tasks as needed
- Occasionally assist with local order deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive production and packaging tasks
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Cannabis industry or production experience is a plus
- Cultivera experience is a plus

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
