Manufacturing Department Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position
-
$60,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift
-
Lead a team of up to 9 people
-
Supervise multiple lines
-
Scheduling daily activities for the department and assignments for the employees

Controlling and measuring departmental and employee productivity
-
Hiring and training personnel in company policies and departmental procedures
-
Ensuring all products are shipped complete, on time and within quality specifications.
Manufacturing Department Supervisor Qualifications:
-
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience managing production schedules, employee productivity, and workflow.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees.

Strong understanding of quality standards, safety practices, and on-time production requirements.

Experience with paint line, assembly, and/or job shop manufacturing operations is preferred.
