Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering positive student outcomes in educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide consultative services and strategies for classroom teachers to enhance students' learning experiences
