Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Systems Administrator and End User Support Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this multi-faceted role, you will deliver high-level technical expertise, manage Microsoft 365 cloud environments, maintain client network infrastructures, provide outstanding hands-on support, and assist in driving business growth by identifying technology refresh opportunities for our clients.

Core Responsibilities1. Systems & Network Administration
- Manage, maintain, and monitor server environments and network infrastructure (Firewalls, VLANs, Wireless) to ensure maximum uptime (99.9% target) and security.
- Perform routine updates, patch management, system optimization, and monitoring across diverse client networks.
2. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
- M365 Tenant Management: Oversee user lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning), licensing, group policies, and security/compliance settings within the M365 Admin Center.
- Microsoft Intune: Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint management policies, MDM/MAM profiles, compliance rules, and automated app deployments for client workstations and mobile devices.
- Exchange Online: Administer cloud email infrastructure, including mailbox management, transport rules, mail flow troubleshooting, shared mailboxes, and spam/phishing protection policies.
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive: Manage permissions, site collections, structure, data access controls, and file sync/migration workflows for client teams.
3. End User & Escalation Support
- Deliver responsive on-site and remote technical assistance for client staff.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, workstations, peripherals, and software applications.
- Maintain clean documentation and clear communication on service desk tickets from intake through resolution.
4. Voice & Communications (VoIP)
- Configure, implement, and support cloud and on-premises VoIP communication platforms.
- Troubleshoot network-related voice quality issues, call routing, and user provisioning.
5. Client Relations & Growth
- Identify technology improvement opportunities (e.g., hardware refreshes, M365 cloud migrations, security upgrades) during routine support.
- Assist in recognizing potential leads and expanding services within existing client accounts.
Qualifications & Position Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration, or an IT service provider role (MSP environment experience strongly preferred).
- Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, DNS/DHCP), Windows/Mac OS environments, server management, and VoIP systems.
- Mobility & Travel: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel to local client sites.
- Communication & Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and professionally.
- Security & Confidentiality: High ethical standards regarding data privacy, security protocols, and client confidentiality.

- Employment Type: Standard 40-hour work week.
- Evaluation Period: New hires participate in an initial 90-day onboarding and evaluation period to align skills, performance expectations, and cultural fit.
- Screening: Candidates may be required to successfully complete standard background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and pre-employment drug & alcohol testing prior to final placement.
Pay: $52,607.37 - $58,240.00 per year
