Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and caring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our growing team. As a CHHA, you will provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
- Maintain accurate visit records and documentation in accordance with agency policy
Qualifications:
- Current California CHHA Certification (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (required)
- Valid CA Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- Home health experience (required)
- Ability to work independently and with compassion
