Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and health management.
- Monday to Friday but prefer candidate who has weekend availability if we need
- 9am to 3pm with some flexibility
- Pay $15 to $17 per hour (experience is not required but prefer)
- Two references from previous or current manager/supervisor is required
- Required PA driving license with a car and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Support clients with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s or dementia by implementing memory care techniques and engaging them in meaningful activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, medication administration, and any incidents or changes in condition.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being and comfort.
Experience
- Prior experience working in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other special needs populations.
- Knowledge of care plans development and implementation tailored to individual health requirements.
- Experience with patient observation techniques, dementia or Alzheimer’s care strategies, hospice or palliative care practices is advantageous.
