We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, keeping our historic property operating at its best, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Respond to maintenance requests throughout the hotel
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Complete preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces
- Troubleshoot equipment and building issues
- Work closely with Housekeeping and hotel leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property while following all safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
