What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat—no cold calling or in-person interactions!
- Provide accurate order details and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use your bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
- Work with other departments to find solutions and improve processes.
- This position is mainly responsible for taking customer phone calls for order updates. You will spend a majority of your shift on the phone.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Google, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to succeed.
- Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but not required!
