Elite Dialysis – Job Type: Per Diem to Part Time Work Setting: In-center dialysis
Elite Dialysis is redefining patient care with a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a LPN to provide high-quality care to our in-center dialysis patients. This position involves hands-on clinical work with VIP patients per shift, allowing you to make a meaningful impact every day.
Position Summary
The LPN is responsible for delivering safe and effective dialysis care in our facility. You will monitor patient treatments, provide education and support, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide LPN nursing care for in-center dialysis patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, labs, and dialysis treatments.
- Administer medications and support patient adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, safety, and self-care techniques as needed.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately in the EMR.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety protocols, and CMS regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Florida.
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience, preferably in-center.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced in-center environment.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum 2 years of In Center dialysis experience .
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills, including IV and phlebotomy proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teaching abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
