Position: BARISTA
Summary
Our idea barista builds a healthy business and a healthy culture within BEAN BAR. Ensures the operational needs of the cafe are met, enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and can effectively work under pressure. In this role they will work with the cafe team to provide the exceptional customer service and quality coffee experience in which BEAN BAR will built its reputation on. The BEAN BAR baristas possess a high sense of responsibility, quality, ethics, and integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Barista: 1 year min barista experience required
People skills: Service the public and communicate with team proactively, professionally, and positively
Ownership: Takes initiative, personally drives & takes pride in business and personal work.
Responsible and willing to go the extra mile to help build BEAN BAR’s mission to grow.
PAY
starting rate is $16+ TIPS
willing to match current pay and/or increase commensurate with experience) plus generous tips (with tips average hourly rate is typically $19-20)
