Job Summary
Our firm is a respected San Diego litigation practice with a long-standing reputation for excellence, professionalism, and client advocacy. For decades, we have represented individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation matters throughout California. We are seeking an experienced Senior Trial Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in managing significant personal injury, wrongful death, and business litigation cases.
This position is ideal for an accomplished litigation professional who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working closely with attorneys, and helping guide matters from intake through resolution and trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation files from inception through trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and litigation-related documents
- Coordinate and track written discovery, document productions, and deposition schedules
- Organize evidence, exhibits, witness files, and trial materials
- Prepare case summaries, timelines, and litigation chronologies
- Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation
- Manage court filings, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Provide strategic and organizational support throughout all phases of litigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Significant experience in personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation, or complex civil litigation
- Trial preparation experience required
- Thorough knowledge of California civil procedure and discovery practice
- Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Compensation starts at $110,000 per year and may be higher depending on qualifications and experience.
