As a Server Assistant/Expo, this person should display the ability to think quickly on their feet, multi task, and have strong attention to detail. They are the bridge between The Front of House and The Kitchen, and help ensure great care of the guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, food handling, and restaurant serving
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with bussing tables and expo duties
- Background in banquet or hotel service is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
