Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Professional to support customer service at the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal for sailing passengers aboard NJ's official Tall Ship, oyster schooner A. J. Meerwald.
You will deliver exceptional customer support by booking passengers to sail in the booking software FareHarbor and selling some retail items from our kiosk inside the Ferry Terminal.
- Provide outstanding customer support in person with our passengers an the public.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to booking sail tickets and retail items.
- The Kiosk would be staffed with a customer service professional from Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM - 5 PM. (Closed Monday & Tuesday)
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred
- Ability to self manage and support customers without daily oversight.
We’re dedicated to supporting our passengers and potential donors aboard NJ's official Tall Ship A. J. Meerwlad. The vessel is owned and opperated by the Bayshore Center at Bivalve. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
