We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team supporting the Lompoc, CA area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide behavioral services to young children in a supportive, collaborative, and family-focused environment.
Position Overview
As an Associate Clinical Supervisor, you will work closely with children, families, and team members to support developmental and behavioral growth through evidence-based practices. This role requires a passion for working with neurodiverse children and a commitment to collaborative care.
Salary Range: $70,304-$75,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field (required)
- 1–2+ years of experience supervising Behavior Technicians and developing ABA programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support treatment planning and implementation
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions in home, school, and community settings
- Develop individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD
- Utilize evidence-based practices including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Maintain documentation including behavioral data, progress notes, and case management reports
- Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions
- In-person coverage is required for unstaffed cases once per week until a permanent staff member is assigned. Any barriers or challenges in meeting this requirement must be promptly communicated to the Clinical Director.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, hours between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within a 30-mile radius of your assigned home office
- Must pass all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background check, physical examination)
- Valid California driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration required if driving
- Candidates must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in both languages.
