We are a growing ambulance service providing safe, reliable, and compassionate emergency and non-emergency medical transportation throughout Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia.
We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate ambulance operations and ensure timely, efficient patient transportation. You'll serve as the communication link between field crews, healthcare facilities, and patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatch and coordinate emergency and non-emergency transports
- Monitor unit status and assign calls
- Communicate with crews, hospitals, and healthcare partners
- Maintain accurate dispatch records
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Follow company policies, HIPAA, and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dispatch, EMS, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
