RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead weekly trainings and agent development
- Recruit and onboard productive agents
- Build relationships within the local real estate community
- Coach agents on production, lead conversion, and business growth
- Help create a high-performance office culture
- Drive office growth and retention
- Collaborate on strategy, systems, and expansion

- Six-figure opportunity

Real estate experience required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
