- Assist with maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel rooms, gaming areas, back-of-house, and public spaces on property.
- Support preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
- Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- HVAC training preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
