We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with a focus on sound, professional leadership and providing an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and create new dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and industry trends
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Culinary background with a passion for creating delicious dishes
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Nights and weekends are required.
